The user data collected by Google Analytics cookies is anonymous and does not include any personal information about visitors or customers. These cookies allow us to continually improve our services by analysing data and statistics such as 'how visitors us our site'. For example if we found from our data that a high percentage of visitors where using the site search box to search for the term 'contact us' we could improve visitor and customer experience by simply making the 'contact us' link more prominent and easier to find, removing the frustration and annoyance to future visitors who wish to contact us.

Groseeds will only use your personal information for as long as you remain a customer. The maximum amount of time that Groseeds will store your personal information is seven years (due to UK tax law).

Purchases - we will keep the information and details of what you purchased from our website for seven years (from the date of your last transaction). After seven years your personal data will be anonymized however we will keep your marketing and purchasing history.

Marketing - we will keep the information we use for marketing purposes until we are notified by you that you no longer wish to receive this marketing information. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter you can unsubscribe by clicking on the 'unsubscribe' link found at the bottom of each newsletter email or contact us at privacy@groseeds.co.uk

Automated decision making and profiling.

We do not use automated decision making or profiling to process data.

Who do we share your personal information with?

Here at Groseeds we sell products not information. We do not sell or rent your personal information to other parties.

To perform specific services such as the delivery of your parcel by the Royal Mail or taking your credit or debit card payment using Paypal or Stripe, we disclose your personal information to these third party service providers purely to help them perform their services. In the case of card payment details we use state of the art data encryption to protect your information.

We have several social media buttons embedded on our website, such as Facebook and Twitter. We cannot prevent these sites from collecting information on your usage of the embedded content. If you have not logged into your social media account they may still be able to collect anonymous information about you.
