We make every effort to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

However on very rare occasions, due to human error or for reasons beyond our control your items may not arrive with you in tip top condition.


 

Incorrect, Damaged or Missing Goods.

If you receive goods that are incorrect, damaged or missing please let us know within 72 hours of receiving the goods. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS TO US AT THIS POINT. Once we have received your 'return request' we will reply to your concerns promptly and if applicable we will give you instructions on how and where to return your items.

To submit your 'return request', please follow the instructions at the bottom of the page (depending on whether you have a Groseeds account or not)

We will resolve the issue (depending on the situation and your preference) by either -

  • offering to despatch a replacement ASAP, via first class mail (if the item is out of stock we will offer you a similar variety of the same value or higher)
  • offer to despatch the missing item(s) ASAP, via first class mail (if the item is out of stock we will offer you a similar variety of the same value or higher)
  • offer a full refund (including the cost of carriage)
  • offer to credit your store account (including the cost of carriage)

 

Faulty Goods.

We guarantee to supply you with the finest quality seeds in prime condition.

If however within the 365 days you find the goods to be faulty please contact us ASAP so that we can resolve the issue promptly. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY FAULTY ITEMS TO US AT THIS POINT. Once we receive your 'return request' we will inform you how and where to return the item(s) to.

I have not received my goods.

If you have still not received the goods after 10 working days of receiving the 'despatch email' please contact our Customer Service team ASAP. Please include the following information in the email -

  • the full name you used when placing the order,
  • the delivery address,
  • the customer order number (which you will find in your store account or on the despatch email we sent you).

We will reply to your concerns promptly and we will contact the Royal Mail to investigate the problem.



I wish to return my goods under the 14 day cooling off period.

If you wish to return the item(s) within the 14 day cooling off period (for reasons such as you have simply changed your mind and do not want the items anymore) please follow the instructions on our 'Your Right to Cancel' page.


 

How to submit a return request.

Customers who have opened a Groseeds account.

(Step by step instructions)

  • Sign in to your account.
  • Go to - 'Completed Orders'.
  • Click on 'Return Items'.
  • To select the item to return - Click on the drop down menu for 'Qty to Return' on the product(s) you wish to return.
  • Select the quantity you wish to return.
  • Select a 'return reason'.
  • select a 'return action'.
  • Submit a short description about why you wish to return the item(s).
  • Submit return request.
  • An automated email will be sent to your inbox shortly after clicking the submit button to confirm we have received your request.

 

Customers who do not have a Groseeds account.

Email us by contacting our Customer Service team. Please include the following information in the email -

  • the full name you used when placing the order,
  • the delivery address,
  • the customer order number (which you will find on the despatch email we sent you).
